This is where accuracy matters and we want to make sure you are addressing the root cause of your symptoms in order to fully heal or at least fully manage your condition. You may know someone who has experienced great results taking a certain supplement or eating a certain way, but your body is unique and your road to healing will (and should) look different. Finding a practitioner or coach that can help you assess the current state of your health through a holistic lens and recommend strategies that are a good fit for your current lifestyle is imperative.
