A Integrative Approach to Better Health

Revive Health is a 16-week evidence-based lifestyle coaching program directed by Isabel Serrano, PhD featuring weekly interactive presentations, wellness coaching, and group support. This in-depth health management series leads you through health transformation with evidence-based solutions for lifestyle medicine, mindfulness, and behavior economics.

The program features weekly group sessions is divided into 4 sections, each intentionally designed to meet you where you are and help you integrate new patterns of living so you can experience 1) improved nutrition and eating for balance, 2) intentional movement, rest, and stress management, 3) mindful eating at home and when eating out, and 4) a tailored lifestyle that supports long term health and personal growth. When registering participants can personalize their program package by selecting the number of 1:1 coaching session they would like in addition to the group meetings. So everyone gets the level of support they need.

Why We Created the Revive Health Program

The Revive Health Program was developed in partnership by Alyssa Protsman, a Certified Wellness Practitioner and Behavior Change Specialist, and with Dr. Isabel Serrano, a Certified Holistic Health and Integrative Nutrition Coach, Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor. With a combined 20 years serving individuals in clinical, corporate, and community settings, we witnessed so many people in need of help with the healthy lifestyle recommendations their physician or employer wellness program was encouraging them to do. Isabel and Alyssa are dedicated to coming alongside those in need and creating opportunities for participants to learn and engage in meaningful change that improves their quality of life and longevity.

What sets the Revive Health Program apart is its focus on all dimensions of your health and well-being so you can develop a healthy relationship with your mind, body, and behaviors. During the program we'll explore all the factors that influence our ability to live well and learn how to identify and navigate our internal drivers (thought patterns, beliefs, and emotions) and external influences (social and environmental factors) that impact our decisions making and progress. In order to break old patterns and experience a revival in your health, we have to look at the root cause of our behavior and stress so we don’t continue to repeat the cycles that contribute to poor health.
